Capital Markets
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney is unique in that it is the only wealth management firm to have its own independent capital markets platform. We provide fully integrated Sales, Trading & Content Model. Our scope extends across multiple asset classes, providing differentiated, commercial content and best-in-class service.

Private Wealth Management (PWM)
Morgan Stanley specialists oversee $100 billion in assets and provide customized services to many of the wealthiest people in the world. PWM is shaped by personal client relationships and the unique and often complex needs of the wealthy. Morgan Stanley provides the highest level of sophistication and access through 16 primary PWM offices in most major financial centers around the world.

MSSB Rotational Analyst Program
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney offers brokerage and investment advisory services covering various investment products, financial and wealth planning services, annuity and insurance products, and retirement services.  In addition, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney offers banking and lending products and cash management services, including deposits, check writing, direct deposit, debit cards and business cash management. The Home Office division builds and provides the products and services to our Financial Advisors across the U.S.

Requirements
Requirements include an undergraduate degree with a relevant major for the program that matches your interest. We seek candidates with a keen interest in financial services.  A resume that shows work experience in a related field is also required.

Selection Process
Depending on your school, interviews may take place on campus or at Morgan Stanley. Interviews are conducted by senior managers, former Analyst Program participants, and Human Resources. Successful candidates can expect two to three rounds of interviews.
