Diversity training is rolled out on a regular basis to all permanent employees to ensure it remains core to our culture.
- Learning and Development - L&D professionals provide training courses and knowledge resources to all levels of the firm. They work with their client groups to identify career development paths, performance improvements to support business goals and to develop and run programs and interventions in support.
- Generalist - HR Generalists work closely with their particular client group internally to address and manage ongoing and strategic human capital issues. They are responsible for a variety of processes including performance management, employee relations issues or client inquiries, and Year-End Compensation Processes.
